Hi, I'm planning to visit Taipei this year-end but I'm not sure how many days I should spend there. Any advise on how many days I should spend in Taipei and what are the places to visit and see there?

I am planning to go taipei this year but i don know when is the best time to go? Thinking of staying at East Dragon Hotel or TS Hotel(are they good)? Any other recommendation?And how should i book these hotel? Any places that i cant miss other than wufenpu and shilin night market?
